How I understand it is,

It's a 1:1 ratio - (1) nanoviricide particle for each infected cell, so the dosage can theoretically be quite large (in terms of quantity). In terms of volume, I'm not sure because I don't know the exact size of the nanoviricide, or if it needs a solution of some sort to carry it to the target.
