I never read a statement from the company that said the extension was never granted. It was only assumed on this board that the extension was never granted.

THRR said there was an extension and the buying company never said otherwise, only that they were no longer interested in THRR.

there WAS a statement made by THRR about recieving an extention during negotiations; it was that extension which the other company said was never granted -- hense why it can be detemined that Thresher perpetuated their LIE for several weeks.

With any stock, We have a limited amount of information to make a decision on. We are never going to completely know everything, and if we wait for 100% knowledge we would likely miss all gains because it took too long to finish research.
