Howardjoel, the company in the PR is a testing company and would have been conducting dosage testing. They would not have bene involved in the human testing, if I understand it right. PP would have been involved in clinical testing in India. Two different missions, methinks.

I left the court room this afternoon immediately after the jury retired for diliberations fully expecting them to be out until at least sometime tomorrow, so I also am surprised that they returned a verdict so fast. I have also been unable to confirm the verdict, so I know nothing about the awards, if any.
