It doesn't say UCHB donated anything. It says Wilcox donated them in his own name and that he "managed a mine in Montana". No mention of UCHB is made.
Looks like Wilcox never did have the mine under the domain of UCHB and he took the sapphires and gave them away.
Who cares anyway? The mine is worthless.
Created out of the sapphire mine he managed in Montana, his plans are to donate special gems and bracelets and pendants made from the precious gems to terminally ill children and those in crisis. He also hopes to raise money to fund the health, educational and psychological needs of children around the world.
