OK, question for you Mr. Smarty pants.
Why on God's name would you purchase control of another publicly traded company for at least $50,000 plus to put a non existing company in it?
Why would you spend $50,000 plus on licence fee's???
Why are people working 40 hours per week at offices?
Why are there 4000 sq ft of offices?
Why were over 1.5 billion shares bought after release of trouble?
Why did CEO put release out that he bought and sold the shares long ago??

OK, Please make sence to me and don't tell me anybody did that for 477,000 dollars.Please.
