I saw it on http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/icbu/quote. It was up for about 5 minutes and now it's gone!! I don't think it's bad. I just think that the market it's doing it's DD because of the hightened attention this stock has been getting as of late. For the majority of a year, it traded with volumes around 350k!
