Remember they are diluting their own stock as well...so if it doesn't help us...it doesn't help them much either...management and changs positions are much larger than any of ours and I'm sure they don't like sitting around losing money...and if they are diluting wrecklessly like this something tells me they have a plan to retire some shares after some kind of revenue generating contract is completed...it only makes sense...in my opinion anyways
