Supports-The way I evaluate supports and changes in trend is support by support, resistance by resistance.

Clearly, .24 must give way before .21 ( or whatever) can be challenged.

If .24 breaks, then I look to the next support ( which I see as a weak .19)

If .24 holds and trend reverses , then look to next resist etc.

No sense in setting up something in your mind ( like a .21 support) if it may never be reached.

It's hour by hour, day by day evaluating that determines technical signals. At least, that's how it is for me.
