CARR is sitting at 11 cents on the ask. Was at 0.004 bid, now at 0.002 bid. May be CARR is indicating 0.002 is the new low and 11 cents is the next stoppage point after 8K release. The energyone company must be having some assets (atleast a million dollar worth) as they have a client to which they supply, so must have a manufacturing facility..
