Smokey the whole S1-is Joke IMO

Points to consider:

1.as You said:How do they expect myself and others to put more money into this when they don't say what happened with the FDA and weather it is positive or not. Why would we invest more when there is no HOPE???

2. When they started to giving f$ck about average investor, when its difficult to get info from the company and they don't even update us, they started thinking good for us so suddenly?

3. Another interesting theory let say ".I have 25000.00 shares. and no cash to spend if i keep 18000 sell 7000 at 18 cents. then buy the discount at 50000 shares?"
Similarly as you have 76K shares now, you sell 50k at .18 and then buy the discount at 0.02, this is what they need you to , isn't the plan or ploy behind this S-1. May be if everybody follows this logic all investors will be selling some now and buy at discounted price. afterwards you sold out something good came up(which is the reason for this S1 so that they can scoop all your shares) and what if this financing doesn't go thru and this was just a ploy to eat up your shares until fda decision. Who knows?
