My suspicion is they're shorting the few real shares they own and trying to buy them back lower and then shorting them again and again to entice another dump to cover the large position.

LOL, the art of war in this instance is to irritate the enemy by buying.

Each share bought and held burys shorty deeper.

The squeeze trigger threshold has been attained.

There is a timeline before the trigger is pulled.

There is also a forced covering during the count of existing shares whenever a reverse and new issue of shares is executed.

I said it before, BANID may be in for a double whamy on the bust up side.
