CLDR had a dilution in effect a couple of weeks ago and The stock is just starting to recover. Those shares were absorbed and sold at loss by many. CLDR has alot going for it. It has many subsidiaries such as Pennystock MMUH among a few. The Dilution was used to purchase additional assets for the next venture coming up.
