comstock you sound like an angry fellow...........I'm posting my opinion based on what I've read and what I've learned through my OWN homework. Sounds like you have an axe to grind, or you foolishly paid much higher.

This company is a shell, take it for what it's worth. Throw out those numbers, we're not looking at an investment grade company!

Come 'on man this s pure speculation ! Fact of the matter is that these types of companies look for acquisitions, with-out one they are heading no where. I lov these types o plays, and bsed on my OWN homework I'm taking a shot. If this company makes an acquisition it will have to be for stock ( I see no cash on he balance sheet ) and I'm sure the management would like to give up fewer shares to do so. Hence ( a higher price than current levels ) Comstock this is ALL MY OPINION ( for what it's worth )

ps A pump and dump ? This thing traded $3,000 worth of paper yesterday ! Thats a PUMP ? lol
