bear in mind it is not just a "big name"

Stern is a proven revenue generator... literally a cash cow to his employers... and he has 20 some odd years to back this up...

dropping a well known celeb on Q will not have the same effect necessarily... though it would obviously be good

As of now I can't think of a comparable celeb for Q...

not one that Q could afford anyway...
