WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission said Friday it is temporarily suspending trading in 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (TFCY).
The SEC, in a press release, said suspension of the Las Vegas-based company's securities will begin 9:30 a.m. EST Friday and last through 11:50 p.m. EST on March 4, 2005.
The SEC said the suspension is because of questions "about the accuracy of publicly disseminated information" concerning things such as asset valuations in the company's most recent 10-Q quarterly report and other company filings with the SEC.
