I have to say I have mixed feelings!


I'm glad AMD has come on board. But I'm mad that I didn't buy more at 9 cents of well thats life.

The only problem I see with this deal is there are no numbers to go off of. so nobody can put a fair price on the stock.

Question the way the Pr. reads AMD will be off the hook to ptsc for any patent infringement. if in fact they have infringed.

But ptsc still can go after all the other companys in the lawsuits and allot more right! AMD bought the rights to use all of ptsc patents. They didn't buy patent 336.

This Pr. today will go along way to help ptsc lic. to other company's. IMO.IT CAN'T HURT. I just hope we got enough cash flow from this deal to stop selling shares to fund operations.

Boy it couldn't get much better if ptsc wins sole ownership of 336 and starts lic. ignite to other company's yeah baby!
