Except the buyer never said when the deal ended. The buyer's website said there was no longer a deal. It did not say when the deal ended. People on here assumed that meant there was never any extensions to the deal.

The had big BUY-OUT NEWS for a month but wouldn't state the name of interested company.
Diluted a ton of stock, sold (insider trading) as volume reached record highs.
Then one day they PR'ed the company's name; within 12 hours THAT company stated on their website that the deal had ENDED (30 days prior!!!!)
Thresher dropped like concrete and management hasn't been heard from since. They made between $1.7M and $2.5M off shareholders, ran away leaving us to hold the bag.

SCUM! they @#$ @^@#@#^!ing SCUM!!

With any stock, We have a limited amount of information to make a decision on. We are never going to completely know everything, and if we wait for 100% knowledge we would likely miss all gains because it took too long to finish research.
