Some Final Comments To You, janeyH

This is not a cross-examination!

You selectively quoted Investopedia, and left out the primary defination: A company that is focusing a majority of its attention on research & development. IT IS A NO-BRAINER THAT MMTC’S PRODUCT IS READY FOR MARKET.

You did include the secondary part …

Because attention is focused on research, earnings are usually very small or nothing. MMTC’S EARNINGS ARE NIL NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE FOCUSED ON RESEARCH, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE SEEKING FINANCING TO MOVE INTO MARKETING, SELLING, ETC. SO YOUR SELECTIVE QUOTE DOES NOT APPLY TO MMTC.

MMTC is at a crucial crossroad, dependent on further financing, which may or may not happen. The risk is considerable, as is typical with penny stock companies at this stage.

This board neither leads nor misleads potential investors. It simply provides a forum for opinions, some optimistic, some pessimistic, some neutral. Some are accurate, some are not so accurate, and some are just emotional. The last time I looked our free market system allows anyone to express an opinion. When the company reports on developments, good or bad, then the opinions get sorted-out. This is not, as you say, "bad for everyone," rather it a microcosm of our freedom to express an opinion with which you can choose to agree or disagree.

I think we’ve exhausted this exchange.
