Protect your money. If this so called company does not come out with honest and strong pr this month. That is real and solid than take your money and RUN. Every day it looks more and more like a SCAM. Don't let the pumpers trick you . Do some DD and reason. I understand your new at this, and are hoping for a win win situation but with each passing wk. I'm afraid this is a BS stock
INVEST WISELY. However;
This May Turn Around. But It looks bad, Very bad right now. good Luck and best wishes . Think it out, Then think again before you make a commitment to this Stock.


Here is exactly what is going to happen ; mark my words;
If this is not a scam (and that's a big if) the spin-off will be around 1,000 to 10,000 to one . Then their will be a massave reverse split with the regular shares (somewhere around 10,000 to One) and the resulting price will drop fast if their is not a Provable and Verifiable product on the market (Of which at this time their is NOT.) Of course; all this depends IF THIS IS NOT A TOTAL SCAM. WATCH..........

With 20,000,000,000 share structure , Anyone telling you otherwise is Not being straight up with you, [or] Very Very uninformed at to how penny stocks work.

This Crap; Does not look good, And the facts do not add up ; But we'll know for certain by the first of Dec. If their is ANY stall action for ANY REASON.

OF COURES; I HOPE I'M TOTALLY MISTAKEN ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR STOCK. IN THIS CASE I WOULD LOVE TO BE TOTALLY WRONG. But the facts at this time strongly points to I'm not [sadly to say].
