PayStar's GLOBALCash Signs Flying Frog, Inc. as New Distributor

LODI, Calif., Feb. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PayStar Corporation's (Other OTC:PYST.PK - News) GLOBALCash Division, one of the nation's growing providers of stored value cards, announced today the signing of Flying Frog Incorporated as it newest distribution partner. Flying Frog Inc. will immediately launch GLOBALCash retail cards through its distribution partners and payroll cards to its numerous network marketing clients. The MLM client will utilize the cards for both payments of commissions to their thousands of nationwide representatives as well as receipt of payment for products purchased by their representatives.
