Xenonics Awarded Additional U.S. Patent For Technology Used in SuperVision Night Vision Products
Oct. 5, 2010 (Business Wire) -- XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (OTCBB & OTCQB:XNNH) announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has awarded U.S. Patent No. 7795574 to Xenonics. The patent, which has 22 claims, covers certain technology used in Xenonics' advanced digital low-light viewing devices, including its SuperVision line of night vision products.
"Xenonics' intellectual property portfolio now includes 14 issued patents. Technology protected by nine of these patents is used in our NightHunter high-intensity illumination devices, and technology protected by the other five is used in our SuperVision night vision systems.
