Hi Guys,

found this stock at yahoo today and was looking for more infomation. All the stuff from EDGAR is confusing me...

What´s with this company, seem to have a long history, something happened twice in the last 3 years? last times promising developement broke to nothing, what´s up here. They seem to have the right technology, but no money, good market, good people, so what´s the problem here. Is worth while to stay..........??
