so the 2 bil restricted would make him(carlton wingett) the majority owner right?
and carlton wingett is the ceo of evxa unless this is someone by same name but it seems connected.
it is kind of reassuring to me to see a connection here because i had my doubts like most would seeing the pps drop like that. now i see evxa isn't doing to well and they have a 100 bil a/s. I guess what i'm asking is this old news or are the comanies newly connected or not at all?
