Hello Mr. Davis.
There are two ways to change the "Limited Information" on Pinksheets.com. One is to pay them about $3600 and file unaudited financials with them. You also have to file a Form 15 with the SEC, which is a "termination of registration" of our company. This would prevent us from returning to the OTC. You cannot file financials with Pinksheets.com without doing the Form 15.
That makes you OK with Pinksheets.com.
The other is to get our filings with the SEC current. That provides our investors with audited financials and quarterly updates. We are working to go the second path, although I do not have a time frame at this time.
