In reviewing through the board I see that you are one of the most informed and knowledgable about this company...

Is it possible that the acquisition/partner strategy may have some potential to it except the pre-requisite of the possible partner would be the exit of the existing management??????

Many times this happens when a management team has lost the confidence of the market and possible clients including possible partners.

What are your thoughts.

I just believe there to be value here of an intellectual nature.
