That link to the SEC complaint doesn't mention Hop-On or Michaels. IMO, Hop-On/Michaels may be the target of a separate SEC action and was simply listed with the others on that form.

I'd keep an eye out for info on Hop-On on the SEC website...

Or, perhaps there's a connection with that other pump and dump that wasn't touched on in the complaint.
