I can take a guess what is happening here. The company has said in previous PR statements that they are looking into share buy backs. Maybe they are the ones doing the buys under 1? Or it could be the people that were given AGEL shares as part of previous purchase agreements selling. I really don't know. I'm just a regular dude with a wife and kids looking to get rich. Or at least make some money. Good luck. Go AGEL!!!
