donenfeld paid $281,625.00 for his 400mm shares... i doubt if he'd roll a company into TBJK that was not going to preserve his over a quarter of a million investment in those shares... you get this thing up to the nasdaq where there are actual rules that market makers need to follow and we are on our way...
