All any investor can do is give you there OPINION based upon there DD....which is why most investors will tell you to do your DD before you INVEST IN A COMPANY....and continue to do it afterwards.
The Ticker change itself will not make the PPS increase....it is my opinion that Mr. Veve will release information about Astrablu Equity agreement and Cowboy Mining network deal only after the ticker is change. CUSIP & Name Change happen already.
