It only took 400,000 to move it from 55 to 41. We all need to relax. Val will have the best information we have heard on this board this week. Why do I think that? I believe Val is going to get back with his sales reps this week on a plan to market phone and Internet service.

If you look at what the MM's are doing here today it is pretty obvious that thy are trying to get your shares. Anyone falling for this is going to be shocked when Val contacts us for setting up markets for distributing product and service.

Just my own opinion; but this is why I would listen to it if I were in your shoes. I have been in business for myself for 36 years as a contractor. In all this time I have been doing most of my business on hand shakes. The last two weeks I have been in contact with Val about distribution of MDGC services. There have only been a few times in the last 36 years that I was suspicious of agreements that I entered into. This is not one of them.

When Val gives me the go ahead; there will be people chasing shares all day and not being able to get filled. There are many people with much faith in Val and his ability to deliver the goods and I am one of them. Go MDGC
