This is all new to her, she originally hired someone to run the company so she wouldn't have to deal with it; she was only interested in making executive or managerial decisions, but she ended up firing that person.

I did notice the updates too (last night), though they are incomplete. Something does appearing to be brewing, and the registered legal agent change is interesting, makes me wonder if she has hired someone new to represent?
