I agree with the many points about being optimistic that the BOD is taking the correct steps to create good credentials in the medical community.........but just wonder why more of the investment community, stock traders don't feel that the shares are worth buying as a speculative growth stock yet........if the general consensus was that PPHM BOD is taking the right steps.....then the upswing window must still be a ways off......as not many buyers are willing to pay $1.40 for a share?
