Honestly, I have never heard of "pumping stocks down", However I have heard of "bashing stocks down", maybe this is what you are talking about? I think we may have seen that with AVTI over the past several weeks, more so than pumping IMO.

I have learned that it is difficult to get a good technical read on any pink sheet due to extreme volatility and price manipulation tactics that go on. Unless we have a strong run and huge volume T/A is almost useless it seems.
