(maybe somebody could clarify for me) ..not knowing as of now, the specific licensing (if/partial/exclusive/or none) of Dr. Marcus' device/patent (pulled the patent also, http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=3&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=%22norman+marcus%22&OS=%22norman+marcus%22&RS=%22norman+marcus%22), i'm STILL liking the prospective exclusive marketing and development talk in last PRs, and if they've got any sort of skin in the game with the device beyond facilitation and bringing awareness to the masses....we're talking super huge income stream...

peeps should know it's a difficult regulatory (FDA approval) process, but if they're picking up and engaging already approved or close to approved products/devices, it's the real dealz.
