I am not worried about ICOA. I know the PPS will adjust to its true value over time. When I have doubts about ICOA I just remind myself that a 20 year old reputable company with revenues, a responsible CEO,no dilution,future pr's/acquisitions, a locked float/insider locked restricted shares until 2013 and tons of momentum/exposure should not be sub-penny priced. The DD I have done on ICOA allowed me to purchase 10 million shares at .0001 and continues to give me confidence to hold those shares for the inevitable rising of the share price.ICOA will see .01+ soon and .10+ long term imho and I know I'm not the only one who believes this is easily attainable.
