Shipping from a laydown yard to the loading area in Mexico
cost about 200 per truck. The pictures of the laydown yard on Bob's web site is not a laydown yard. Bob did not lease it because it is owned by the Port. There is little room as it is. What if another shipment of another commodity wants to load? Who has first priority and and where does Bob store the ore when somebody else is is loading?

Add another four hundred to six hundred more per load from the mine to the port or laydown yard and Bob is in the hole to the tune of close to two million for each load.
Bob does not have that money. This will be one of his excuses for not shipping or prevent him from shipping. I don't think he cares
if there is a profit or not, he just wants to play the pump and dump game to make money.
The excuse he used in Manzanillo then was the sulphur was too high and just left one day leaving everything. Millions was lost in that venture
This is a scam.
