Your post seems logical Regulus. Thanks. I have no legal background so I'll comment no further.

There are, of course, legal bashers. There are also honestly skeptical people who are bashed because of their opinions. Extreme examples of that was during the "READ THE IBOX!!!" days. There was a lot of money lost, mostly, in all likelihood, by naive newbies, because of the "WE ARE GOING TO BE RICH!!!", etc, statements.

Sometimes it is difficult to differentiate the honest and the dishonest but given enough string it usually becomes reasonably apparent.

The balance on most boards leans heavily to those that cause damage by pumping the positives and attacking any divergent opinion. I find that unfortunate.

A little healthy skepticism seems healthy to me.
