I want to address the possibility that you are suspecting foul play... The scenario, in my opinion, does not make sense NOT because there is foul play, but because the company has lacked a vision, a direction.

Why do I think this? Very simple, just glance at their webpage... Their services are ALL over the place, and it's part of the reason why they are in the pinks. Hopefully this new addition will help combine and narrow their past and future efforts.
