Very interesting letter. Two questions:

1. Why is there no attorney involved with/cosigning the letter? Has it been filed as admissible evidence in the current case? Where is there confirmation that Daic ever received it?

2. Why is Mr. Daic in such a different position now vs. 2009 that he will have to capitulate?
