Your opinion. Fine. But, as a lawyer friend once told me, "If you get a good settlement offer, take it. Juries are one of the most unpredictable and, yes, irrational groups on the face of the Earth." I sense T-Mobile quietly acknowledges this with their
written offer to try and settle (not an offer to settle, an offer to consider settlement). Words have meanings. As for the two men you mention that I have never met and know nothing about, let them speak for themselves.

As for the court papers discussed and posted here, let me reiterate: nothing has really been resolved. There is lot of talk of Daic being "toast" before his trial starts. That's just dumb. As I noted in my earlier post, a was in court when a guilty-as-sin defendent walked, smiling and being congratulated by others. CLYW may be a gold mine soon. Or not.

I have invested in CLYW over the years because I believe it is a good bet. I have sold no stock, even at time when it was up, because I believe it will go much higher in the foreseeable future. But please don't come after me personally for posting something with which you disagree. That's simply childish.
