The only thing clear at this point is that no one on this message board has any real idea of what is going on, just guesses based upon incomplete and contradictory information. I have been involved as a plantiff in several law suits. What happens in court can sometimes approximate an episode of the "Twilight Zone."
Evidence is ruled excluded. Bad judges happen. Juries can make you want to poke your own eyes out. At a recent malpractice trial, where the doctor was guilty as sin in killing a patient through neglect, the jury ruled unanimously for the doctor because the late patient was already dead and it had happened seven years ago, and "why now ruin the doctor's life?" On the other hand, in another trial, the defendendent got exactly what she deserved.

The good news is that T-Mobile and Calypso have issued a statement in court to the effect that they think they can hammer-out a deal witjhin 90 days rather than enter into the Bizzaro World of court. Fine. As to Daic, what has been discussed here is so confused and contradictory that I cannot get any sound idea of what is going on with him. As a long-time CLYW investor (seven years), I have gradually accumulated a large amount of CLYW in bits and pieces. We are now at one of the several cross-roads that CLYW has crossed in the past 10-12 years. The stock looks as if it can, by December, explode out to more than $2/share and hit $10/share in the near future. That would be great. But remember, companies act on self-interest. If the stealers of CLYW's patents think it would be better for them, they are likely to continue stealing it against a possible court judgment that would suddenly make CLYW insanely rich at their expense. The Daic situation has been so muddily presented here that I don't know what is more likely: he gets tossed with his 30 million shares (which would, at $2, make him very rich), or, that he digs-in and so delays and disrupts the court that the issue remains unresolved. There is also a real but small chance a court would award him all the patents, and that would be the end of CLYW in all but name.

Never, ever underestimate the greed and evil of some people. When/if I hear that Daic is finally going to get justice for his alleged crimes, I'll feel more positive. From what has been said here, I believe there is a better than even chance CLYW will finally get the money it is owed and that Daics will never be heard from again. We'll see. I remain very optimistic.
