BANKER can easily average down as he says because I believe he's a wealthy individual to begin with. So for him to tell others to put what they can afford in the stock at the lower prices is a little bit disingenuous. Why, because many of the small time investors may be hard pressed to take potential losses that BANKER can otherwise absorb without winking.
