I can tell you why there is a spread at Fridays close as I had the last bid at .0004, some of my buy triggered at .0004, and I canceled the rest at .0004, so bid went to .0003, then I bought 100k @ .0005, so now bid still stands at .0003 and ask stands at .0005.
