Don't know why you always say "Production" is the one and only high priority always. I feel, its more than that and has to be a multi-pronged strategy:

1. Invest in further certifications for more ID identification & deep level process to become GOLD Standard.

2. Increase the application capability to provide further roadmap & sustainability.

3. Work with potential customers/distributors to seek confirmed orders and become as technology partner to allow customers do what they do effectively.

4. Communicate with OSIS about the feedback receiving from customers and align schedules for rollout.

It will be a combination of all ( may be more, atleast I can think those).

What will they do just producing machines well in advance????
