I don't know if the boards of Disney,Pepsi and Mcdonald's will allow the 3 for 1 stock split... My educated guess would be that they would want to sweeten the deal a little bit more and offer 6 or 9 to 1... They couldn't lets their South American arch rivals El McDonadl'so, Pepsio and Disneyo come in and offer us a better deal..
