Fellas, long story. I'd suggest you start abour 200-300 messages back and just read forward. All of the information you need to answer your questions is contained in detail, with approiate links to all legal questions etc. alos, look at the Bloomberg link that I posted last night and pay close attention to the substantial accumulation of shares that our BOD members have been doing since Jan. 10.
