where do you get multiple reverse splits from? is this complete conjecture from someone who who only showed up here today? Have you ever seen a reverse merger where the incoming company didn't get fair value in shares for their company going public? Public... get it! They don't privately own it anymore. 86.9% share exchange is not to bad... i would of prefered it to be around 75%. As a condition to the closing of the Share Exchange, we have obtained approval for and will effectuate a 540.61745923707:1 reverse stock split (the "Reverse Split"). This reverse stock split would cause the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding, including the shares underlying the Series M Preferred Stock (not including the shares issuable under the terms of the Private Placement), to equal 10,000,000 shares. Get that 10mm shares...EPS of a dollar per quarter...super small float.. this thing has a chance to go big!Reverse splits do not lose you value, look at where broke ass AIG is trading at 38.00 after their r/s they were at 20.00. These guys are making money at what they do, why would they need to dilute? sheesh bunch a turd burglars showing up today.
