FACT AS PER SEC FILINGS
They need to raise additional funds to move forward

Fact if you care to look at the charts and count how many times this stock has retraced from .30 plus to .25
No accusations just facts

In my opinion this stock will retrace below .25 because the current management have not got the expertise know how or funds to move this baby forward.

Time will tell and please when we touch .25 there will be no need to apologize as we all have opinions.
