How do we know the reason for no PR is there no good news to report on?
You say locations have been contacted via phone or visited.As far as I remember only one place was visited and the other five don't even have a phone! So how did that happen?

I agree alamo most likely got him to PR more and by doing so he helped to get some gains on PPS so what does SP do he stops keeping in contactt with Alamo.Was that a smart buisness decision? I think not!
