Keep in mind, folks, the D/A filings of ATNP to the SEC in the amount of almost $1M since March and what the SEC commission is reaching for in this civil complaint. It looks like they are reaching for a maximum penalty but will most likely settle at a fraction of it. Also know that Chris's lawyers will counter, imo (I would), against the naked shorting of his companies stock. If a judge does not throw out a counter claim such as this the SEC will have to investigate it this time if they didn't before.

Some are reaching way to far to the left, imo, of Chris losing everything i.e. all his assets. That's not likely. Look at the charges, look at the law, look back at the PR's and also understand why a safe harbor statement is in all Pr's, not just this Co. It's a warning to investors. jackhub, vip-player, and those guys who keep saying we were warned, it's laughable. Every PR has a warning and almost all the PR's in question are forward looking.

Is IPTV real? Yep and the estimate is in the xtiple billions of $$$ by 2013. If Chris was still just trying to get his subsidiary, GOTV and the GO-V-Phone, off the ground, he did it the right way through the shell. It having gone nowhere yet isn't a crime. But now ATNP is being forced to prove it and partnership existed in a forward looking way and that there is not intent to deceive or defraud investors out of money through the PR's. Why? Someone in the know with their panties up their crack complained. Maybe his competition for TT.tv? Your guess is as good as mine but the SEC is not after his job. Read the charges again and again if you have to and compare it with the law and all we've been told. The more you process the better you'll feel. This may just come down to his companies being forced to update and comply with pinksheet financial reporting. If that's all that happens, and it's possible, the CE rating comes off and this stock has nowhere to go but back up. There is a best case scenario here too. I think that's a little closer to what actually will come out of all this.

-Just my opinion of course-
